Our heartfelt thoughts and sincere sympathies are with the parents and families affected by the Lucy Letby case while she was working as a nurse at the Countess of Chester Hospital. It is vital that lessons are learned so that something like this cannot happen again, so we welcome the Government’s announcement of an independent inquiry.
