Karen Prior

Chief Executive Officer

Karen leads Healthwatch Wirral and works with local partners to turn people’s experiences into improvements.

Jacqui Canning

Community Engagement Officer

Jacqui works with local communities to make sure people’s experiences of health and social care are heard. She is also our Safeguarding, Lived Experience, and Enter and View lead.

Laura Peter

Business Support Officer

Laura supports the day-to-day running of Healthwatch Wirral and helps coordinate project activity. She is also our Data Protection Officer.

Linda Town

Independent NHS Complaints Advocate

Linda provides independent support to help people understand and navigate the NHS complaints process, consider their options, and make sure their voices are heard.

Georgina Higgins

Administration Officer

Georgina supports the day-to-day administration of Healthwatch Wirral and helps keep the organisation running smoothly. She assists running our BRIDGE forum.

Luke Blundell

Business Analyst

Luke analyses information and feedback to identify patterns in people’s experiences of health and social care, and assists with project design and reporting.
