In this session:
- Cheshire & Merseyside Cancer Alliance shared the early diagnosis strategy for 2026–2029, focusing on improving cancer detection rates, awareness, screening uptake, and diagnostic pathways.
- Wirral University Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust outlined progress on the Urgent Emergency Care Upgrade Programme at Arrowe Park Hospital, including phased redevelopment to improve patient flow, facilities, and care environments.
- Citizens Advice Wirral presented the Gambling Related Harms Strategy 2025–2030, highlighting support services, prevention work, and the wider social and financial impacts of gambling.
