Involve Northwest and Citizens Advice Wirral launch new Cost of Living helpline

Involve Northwest, in partnership with Citizens Advice Wirral have launched a new out of hours helpline to aid people with advice and information around the current cost of living crisis.

The service is free to contact and will be open every Tuesday night until May, between the hours of 5pm and 8pm.

We have 3 dedicated and experienced advisors who can chat with you about managing your money, debt & helping with potential food & gas/electricy poverty. Please bear with us if there is a short wait whilst your call is answered.

If the team cannot resolve the issues raised, referrals will be made for additional support and signposting for specialist assistance.
