Wirral Services Over Christmas and How to Find Support

Looking after yourself during the festive season is important. Some Wirral services will keep providing urgent care, mental health support, and community help over Christmas and New Year, even though many offices will close. Whilst it can be a time for celebrating, for some it can be difficult and knowing what support is available is very important.

Healthwatch Wirral will be closed from 12:00PM, 24th December – 9:00AM, 5th January 2026.
