• The Disability Services Advocacy Team shared an overview of their role and the support available to disabled individuals in Wirral.

• The Autistic Communication Tool (A.C.T.) was discussed. It is an accessible tool designed to support autistic patients and simplify the consultation process for both patients and staff.

• The North West Ambulance Service highlighted key updates. These included winter vaccination trends, staff wellbeing support, and the Right Care Right Place initiative.

• The Emotional Barriers to School Attendance (EBSA) support programme was highlighted. It has resources for schools and families, focusing on integration and emotional wellbeing.
