End of Life Partnership: Wirral palliative care survey
News - 23 January 2026

The End of Life Partnership is gathering feedback with a Wirral palliative care survey to better understand people’s experiences of end of life care across Cheshire and Merseyside. Your insights will help them improve the quality and compassion of care for individuals and families in the future.
If you are experiencing palliative or end of life care, or have a loved one who has experienced palliative or end of life care in the last two years, then NHS Cheshire and Merseyside wants to hear from you.
There are three different surveys available for:
- People currently receiving care
- Their relatives and friends
- Those who have been bereaved
The Wirral palliative care survey is available to complete until 31 March 2026.
