The Wirral Advocacy Hub provides General Advocacy, Independent Mental Health Advocacy , Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (including DoLS and RPR) , Care Act Advocacy and a Single Point of Contact. The Single Point of Contact has been designed to respond and deal with all local Advocacy enquires regardless of which type of advocacy the query is in relation to including changes in legislation around Covid19, Vaccines and Hospital Discharges.
We have a dedicated team of duty advocates available during office hours to talk through and guide your advocacy query aiming to support professionals to uphold their duty to refer into statutory advocacy and provide easy access for people who use services.
