Imagining the Future – CWP survey

Oct 21, 2021 | News, Newsletter

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) is asking people to get involved in helping to develop a plan for the future, called Imagining the Future.

Who is CWP?

CWP is an NHS trust based in Cheshire and Wirral that provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health (for example health visitors and district nurses) and all-age disability care – including three GP surgeries.

CWP’s services are mainly in Wirral and Cheshire, but there are also services in other parts of the North West.

Imagining the Future

CWP would like to help improve the lives of everyone in our communities. Imagining the Future is the plan to help make this happen. CWP want to work in partnership with other organisations so that everyone is working together to improve the lives of the people we support.

How can you get involved?

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many new challenges for health and social care services. Your feedback will help CWP plan how to move forward out of the pandemic.

To find out more about imagining the future and to give your feedback visit the CWP website: and fill out the survey.

You can also find out more through the leaflet below.
