It is more important than ever for us to understand Wirral’s whole health and social care system and areas that could be improved. The Feedback Centre enables you to leave feedback on your experience of any health or social care organisation on the Wirral and to have your say on the services that matter to you.
This could be anything from your GP practice, dentist or pharmacy to community care, opticians and hospitals.
Most in our community will agree that staff in health and social care work hard and really do care – but that doesn’t always mean that things are working as well as they can be.
Everyone’s voice counts and It’s important to express what we think and feel. We want to capture good experiences, the not so good or even a bit of both. This will mean that all the good work does not get lost! Our focus should always be on how we can work together positively to drive improvement and quality of care for all of us.
You can search for organisations by name or category, answer a series of questions about your experience, and submit your feedback in just a few minutes. The Feedback Centre can be used on a range of devices including laptops and mobile phones so you can even leave your feedback when you’re out and about.
All the feedback received will be shared with local services, so that they hear about the positive experiences people have had, as well as being able to act on all feedback to make changes. Healthwatch Wirral will also use the data collected to report to the public on what has been said and what we’ve achieved as a result.
