Cheshire and Wirral Community Wellbeing Alliance – first newsletter

Jun 1, 2022 | News, Newsletter

Cheshire and Wirral Community Wellbeing Alliance is made up of representatives with lived experience and partners from health, social care, housing, employment services and the voluntary, charity and social enterprise sector. The Alliance aims to pave the way for more holistic, person-centred mental health support that is easy to access for everyone in the community.

The Alliance has now circulated its first newsletter which you can read here: https://campaign.emailblaster.cloud/OTc3MQ/489.html

The newsletter includes a blog from the deputy CEO of CWP, thoughts from Experts by Experience, opportunities to share your views on mental health services and a video explaining the NHS Long Term Plan for Mental Health.

Healthwatch Wirral has worked closely with Rethink over the last six months to bring together represent-0atives from the voluntary, community and faith sector in Wirral who already provide mental health services, and you can read notes from our Extraordinary Bridge Forums focused on Community Mental Health Transformation here: https://healthwatchwirral.co.uk/third-extraordinary-bridge-forum-meeting-community-mental-health-transformation-3rd-may/
