Healthwatch Wirral is here to make sure your views on local health and social care services are heard.

The purpose of this survey is to find out what people want to know about alcohol and alcohol-related support services. There is a lot of information out there but we want to make sure that it is relevant to what local people need, and to find out whether people would know where to go if they or their loved ones needed help or support.

This is a short survey to gather your views so we can share this information with the people who design and deliver our local services. All responses will be anonymous: you will not be asked for your name or contact information and we will remove any identifying information before we share the results of the survey.
