May 25, 2021 | Look After Yourself, News, Newsletter

As part of the Wirral 0-19 Health and Wellbeing Service, young people on the Wirral can now text 07480 635538 to get confidential advice from a school nurse.

The service is available for 11-19 year olds who can get advice on everything from bullying and exam stress to mental health, puberty and healthy relationships.

After sending a text, you should receive an immediate automatic message to confirm your text has been received. The team aims to respond to all texts within one working day and texts will be seen by the team within normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

ChatHealth is a confidential service, which means that no information will be passed on without permission except in circumstances where there is a signicant risk to someone’s health, safety or welfare.
