WIRED Caring with Confidence Training Pilot – Thursday 2nd Feb

Wired (https://wired.me.uk/) is looking for carers who would like to take part in a pilot scheme to develop a new programme designed to enhance and support a carer’s knowledge around health and wellbeing.

The first session will be on Thursday 2nd February, 1-3pm.

This programme will include:

• How the Care Act impacts on carers
• Information about how to manage various health conditions
• Advice from a dietician on how to keep healthy and well
• Digital Support
• Resilience
• Basic computer knowledge on how to complete an online carers assessment
• Wellbeing

You will need to be available from Thursday 2nd February 2023 for half a day, every week for 4 weeks, at a location in Birkenhead to be arranged.
