Ways to Manage Stress & Anxiety – 2 Week Course
There’s no two ways about it, we live in frantic world in which every one of us feels stressed and anxious at times. We try to cope with this as best we can, and most of the time, this works well for us. However, sometimes when there is too much to cope with everything unravels and we struggle to begin to piece it backu together. That’s because we’ve never been taught what stress and anxiety actually is, where it comes from, how it makes us feel and most importantly, how to do something about it.
These two sessions look at the factors that contribute to feeling stress and anxiety and provide simple techniques and tips for identifying and coping effectively.

There is a suggested donation for the course of £20. However, if this is unaffordable then please come along and donate whatever you can afford. We want to ensure our courses are available to ANYONE who feels they would benefit.
