Upcoming Patient Experience Strategy Events at WUTH
News - 24 January 2024
WUTH’s Patient Experience Strategy is launching a series of upcoming events that present excellent opportunities for active participation and collaboration. WUTH invite you to join them in these initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience within healthcare facilities.
January 26th – 1:30PM – 3PM
WUTH will be conducting our second evaluation of the adult discharge checklist at Arrowe Park. Participants are welcome, including volunteers associated with WUTH, any staff members, and representatives from third-party organisations. Unfortunately, patients and carers cannot join for this event, as they will be visiting the wards.
February 5th – 12 PM- 2PM
Join WUTH for a wayfinding event at Clatterbridge Hospital. They aim to identify areas where signage improvements are needed to enhance patient navigation. Anyone is welcome to participate, and the more individuals they have, the more areas they can cover. They seek volunteers and WUTH staff members to assist in chaperoning during the event.
February 20th – 11:30AM – 3:30PM
Another wayfinding event is scheduled at Arrowe Park Hospital, specifically in the women’s and children’s department and the emergency department. Similar to the previous event, WUTH are seeking input from participants on signage improvements. Volunteers and WUTH staff members are invited to join and help chaperone. If you can spare an hour, please let WUTH know.
February 23rd – 9AM – 3PM
Visit the WUTH stall at Arrowe Park’s main reception to learn about the progress in their patient experience strategy. They are eager to hear contributions and interest in joining a group. WUTH invite individuals associated with promise groups or task and finish groups to come and promote their initiatives.
March 5th – 9AM – 3PM
A similar stall will be set up at Clatterbridge Hospital, Fir Trees restaurant, showcasing their achievements in the patient experience strategy. WUTH welcome contributions and expressions of interest in joining a group. Individuals from promise groups or task and finish groups are encouraged to attend and promote their activities.
These events are a great way to network, share your ideas and have an input to the patients experience at WUTH.
If you are interested in attending any of these events, please let WUTH know. Your participation is highly valued!
