Our Feedback Centre will soon be Relaunched – Share Your Voice and Help Make a Difference

You will have noticed that our Feedback Centre has been missing from our website over the last few months – that’s because the team at Healthwatch Wirral have been working hard to improve how we collect, analyse and use the feedback you share with us about your health and social care experiences.

The team have been busy behind the scenes getting our exciting new Feedback Centre ready to be relaunched. It will now make use of the latest technical innovations to make it more responsive than ever and to make sure that what you tell us is as secure as possible.

It will be even easier to leave feedback on local health and care services with Healthwatch Wirral.  From GP practices and community NHS services and hospitals to mental health support, dentists, pharmacies, domiciliary care and care homes, we’re keen to find out your experiences.

We will let you know when our Feedback Centre is live, and it will give you a great opportunity to share what went well – or what could be improved. We are open to feedback and keen to put your feedback at the centre of decision-making on Wirral. You can help others by adding your experience and make sure your voice is heard by those who should be listening. You can share your feedback anonymously– whether you experiences are positive or about areas where things could be better.
