3.5 hour Zoom workshop exploring key elements contributing to mental wellbeing, understanding how the brain and body respond to stress, identifying stress triggers, exploring ways to communicate feelings and developing a toolkit of techniques to help manage and reduce stress.

6 week Zoom course (2 hours a week) for women, focusing on personal development, mental and physical health, and emotional resilience.
Developing Positive Communication
6 week Zoom course (3 hours a week) working towards personal goals to improve family life through better communication.
