Help shape local mental health and wellbeing services – Have Your Say

Engagement News Newsletter - 30 January 2023

Residents can help shape the future of mental health and wellbeing services in Wirral as a survey launches to find out what support people need and how improvements could be made.

The Mental Health Needs Assessment (MHNA) runs from now until 10 March 2023 and is a review of the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of Wirral’s communities. Its aim is to understand how local people are feeling across the borough, whether they can access services to get the help they need, and to find where improvements could be made.

The anonymous survey is open to all residents aged 18 and over in Wirral, whether they have accessed support for their mental health or not. The MHNA is being conducted on behalf of the council by Healthy Dialogues.

It will be open for comments until Friday 10 March 2023.

The survey is available here: https://forms.office.com/r/pFuFdFCc2u.

Anyone who needs help completing this survey, would like the survey in a different format, or has questions about the project can contact [email protected]. You can also read more about the survey via an article on the Wirral View website.
